I had the privilige of playing the course last week. The U.S. Open will be held there next year. Great links style course with lightning quick greens (stimped over 12). Just a great test of golf. No water hazards on the course. Bunkers average 6 feet deep around greens, church pew bunkers (over 200 sand bunkers on the course now) put the "think" into your next shot and did I mention the greens are like lightning?
Great experience, can't wait to watch the tournament on TV next year.
