Hooking: I Can Feel It Before I Swing

The clubface is closing. My swing now feels like an unfolded lawnchair and un-natural as I fight this with anything longer than an 8 iron. I can stand over the ball and feel it before I even swing. Has this happened to anyone else? Ways to overcome it??
