There may be some golfers that hit the ball in the direction that they are lined up but I have a feeling that the majority of us have to make some kind of adjustment.
So I was thinking about how to go about doing that. I think I am going to hit some balls with each club and see the average number of degrees that my shots are pushed to the right. For example, I hit some balls with my 7 iron and I decide that my average shot is 5 degrees right of where I line up. Then when I play, I will line up 5 degrees left of the target when I use my 7 iron.
Does anyone do something similar?
