    Best and Worst Club

    What club is your favourite. What club in your hand give you the most confidence and what is your worst.
    I know if I've got my trusty 8 iron in my hand everything gonna be alright.
    I also don't think i've ever made a 4 iron do what it's told.

    My favourite club has to be my 7wood. I use it from anywhere because it fills me wid confidence. At the moment my worst club has to be my 64 degree lobwedge, it never goes straight or high!

      Something about my 6-iron just feels right (Callaway x-16). Don't know if it's the shaft length, the way it looks at address, or whatever..... I just seem to nail the thing, even under pressure. I sometimes use it for 100 yard pitches into the green as it's the only club I can guarantee will go straight and not pull dead left!

      I'm guessing that the real reason I like it is that it's the only club in my bag that happens to be spined properly - would love to get my whole set done and see what difference it makes.

        Best club, Cleveland 460 launcher 10.5. Worst, PW. I don't even carry one in my bag.

          You don't carry a PW?? Surely that unheard of?? Haw can you manage without a PW?

          My PW is actually my second fav after my 8 Iron. I've got the Nike Pro Combo so the 8,9 and PW are all Blades. I just love them.

            My nine iron replaced my PW about a month ago. I have much more success with the 9i then I ever did with the PW. I find my 9i much easier to use and more accurate then my PW. The closer I get to the green the more I choke down on the 9i. I also use it to hit out of sand traps. Call me crazy, but it works for me. LOL

            I do use my SW off a tee for short par 3's.
