Are there any private\third parties that test the balls - and publish the results - using a launch monitor & a robot swing machine (or something like how the COR test are done) to get some real world data to compare? Every ball can't be the longest\softest\straightest\fastest spinning\etc.....
I know that a lot comes down to feel and how the ball reacts to the different club designs and materials, but something more that manufacturer claims would be nice....
In my book, my ultimate ball would feel like a 100 compression Titelist Tour Balata and have spin into the green between the Balata and the Pro V1, and fly like a Pro V1\B330s\Calloway is\etc...
