I have a david leadbetter "answer"(very similar to greg normans "secret" but cheaper) and I have a weight that slides onto the end of any iron or utility club and velcroes in place. The "answer" keeps my right wrist in the cupped position(rhd) during practice and helps my muscle memory so I can hit straight when I hit the course. The weight I use to get warmed up before teeing off or practicing at the driving range. Both work great and if I see something else that I think will help improve my game, I will definately pick it up.
