Yes, it is size. At those prices, get both and use which ever fits better, give the other to a friend.

          I bought one of these.

But I couldn't even put the thing on my hand without it feeling awkard. When I addressed the ball with "The Secret" , the elastic band started to move. And that's without swinging a club. A few people I know also used it and had the same results.

What is the secret to using "The Secret" ?

Relax the right wrist into this position. Move and hinge the wrists Up/Dn only.

No I'm sorry everytime I address the ball with the secret on, the plastic presses against the elastic band and it bulges outwards.

which would lead me to believe that your hand/wrist is totally out of position at address?

Greeboman: You may be right but remember I am a 5 handicapper so I must be doing something right !

Maybe my hands are too small or something like that.

One other point : A couple of golfing mates have said exactly the same thing.

I've seen this thing around for a few years, does it really work?

Oh I agree it's a great theory. I think the wrists only moving up and down and not side to side is the best tip I've ever seen !

I have noticed a big difference in my shots since I started using this theory.

I just wish there was a "Norman's secret" that worked for putting !

There is, it is the "left-hand-low" grip.

I credit "the secret" and Greg Willis for vastly improving my game. As a notorious "swatter" Gregs drills and the Secret were very helpful.

I just purchased a Greg Norman Secret; I'll let you know if it makes a difference, I hope it does.

I hope it forces me to get my hands more in front of the ball at contact.
