Iron/Diver/woods

I am a 54 year old male. I finally just started taking lessons. My handicap is around 32. What would everyone recommend. I've looked iron at the 04' Big Bertha's & Taylor Made RAC cgb , driver and fairway woods at the Taylor Made R5 & Callaway X . Need some good advice.

Where are you from?

If you're North American, I'd suggest finding a local clubmaker (http://www.proclubmakers.org/locator.php) and getting yourself fitted with quality component clubs.

Components are just as high a quality as OEM clubs, plus your clubmaker usually makes sure they're all right to spec. Club tolerances are +/- 1° for loft and lie. Translated, it means that with an off-the-rack set, you may end up hitting two clubs very close together, and may have a big distance gap between another two.

That's my best advice.

Unless you have money to burn dont get the latest and greatest.
I was playing to 10 with a set of 15 year old Copper Classics, they were so old the were an early cavity back.
The SW has no bounce left, all worn away and I could still play to 10.
Right now the problem with your game is you, not your equipment.
You will need to find out what sort of player you are before you find what clubs suit you.
That said, get yourself a goodish Driver, doesnt have to be a new R7 or G5 or whatever, an old (2003/4) TM will do fine (make sure its legal)

I live in Spain, Madrid. I have found two local clubmaker only in Malaga and Mallorca, far from Madrid, I am beginning and looks for easy clubs to improve my game. As the problem is my game I look for models del 2004-2005 and if possible it is used. Thanks for everything.
