Which long iron head design offers the highest ball flight ? I have the right shaft but need additional flight time on my long irons.

Please bear in mind the first rule of distance and trajectory:
Loft rules all. More loft = higher shots and less distance. This is why a PW from the 70's don't go as far or as low as a modern PW (because the modern PW is 8-10 degrees stronger).
Now, that said, for more trajectory, find an iron head with a low, rearward center of gravity. This usually translates into a head with a wide, heavy sole, a deep cavity, and offset. -
