Courses in the Glasgow area

I'm very average player with a limited budget looking to play a round while in the Glasgow area visiting relatives. Any suggestions? I'll need to rent clubs and transportation may be an issue so close to the city would be great.

Ive played Cawder and Lenzie. Both not bad but recommend Cawder (Lenzie v hilly from what I remember and may struggle to hire clubs) which has two courses both of which are reasonably priced for the standard of the course and are a 10-15min drive east of Glasgow City Centre.
