Fello Golf nuts,
After studying my swing on video I have had it pointed out to me there is alot of movement & swaying in my swing. My head sways quite a bit from side to side quite a lot. Looking at my swing from the ground up it becomes obvious when I study my hip action that during the backswing my right hip moves internally rotates into a loaded position as is natural whilst keeping flex in my right knee as is recommended by all teachers.
The problem seems to come from my left hip, it seems to rotate under my torso and my left knee pops out in front of me quite a bit. This seems to result in a loss of stability.
I am 27 & play quite a lot of soccer and would have a reasonable amount of flexibilty and strength but I believe I need to do some more specific exercises & stretches to try and curb this. Does any one know what I should be looking to work on? I currently play of ten & would have ambitions to go much lower but I believe this is a major cause of most of my physical errors on the golf course.
