    Ok lets get this stright, at first i thought yoga was for hippies and women(no offense). But since my buddies wife has convinced me to try it my swing has improved, my muscles are stronger and way more flexible and i just feel better. Carrying 18 is a breeze and for 15 mins a day its worth a try if your looking to get in a lil better shape.

    Yoga is mostly stretching for better flexibility. This should be combined with weights...
