Hi team
I am going to play in a 4 day golf getaway where I will be playing golf 4 days in a row. I am a bit worried if my body will hold up for it, as after the thrid day my back might get stiff. Can anyone give me advice on what things I can start doing NOW, to get my body right for this, as the event is still a month away!
