It's time to compete in tournaments again. There is nothing like competing even in a small tournament. It really tests your skills and all that practice pays off. Any advice for a quick effective, confident warm-up before the jittery first tee?

they have planted 2,500 new trees on the first 9 holes of my course since November so it going to look a bit diffrent when i final manage to get out and get a game.
