I read your lessons again, Greg. Those that are on your web site.
They are very good. I practiced the walking drill for about 20 minutes before going to the range. I also practiced the right-hand technique.
I am still a little confused. When you talk about the right hand and that it can go up and down, but not side to side, I don't know which is which. I realize that you explain it, but I'm a little slow.
Is "cocking" the wrist side-to-side motion? This should be maintained through the swing? Do I release this position at impact, or maintain it through impact?
If so, why do we need to move up-and-down with our hands? Is this up-and-down motion what is to be released at impact? And is this motion like "casting" a fishing line?
Any help would be much appreciated.
