Where does the information come from? Golfers share their experience and this turns in to thruth?
Is there any studies - research?
Or is research just messing things around. (Knowing what to do is not the same as being able to do it. - and copying a "force plate form data" might not be the best way to develope your swing.)
On the other hand - knowing how to improve - what should be done - might help? BUT where does the information come from?
(I've started to think that most of the information comes from player himself:-)
It's no different in golf than any other sport or subject come to that. You either seek professional help, use the resources available in books, the net etc or work it out for yourself.
There are a lot of weekend golf schools everywhere...
In fact there seems to be an over-supply of golf information everywhere, books, magazines, internet, pros at the driving range, etc.
The problem may be determining which information applies to your swing.
Yes, searching google is one idea. I also have a punch of research articles and writers are from research institutes. It's not very difficult to find names of institutes. Difficulty is to find some one who knows people or knows the institute.
Thanks for your input. I think I can manage from here.
