    killer,

One of the best instructions ever presented on leverage is by Martin Hall. It was originally on the Golf Channel, several years ago.

As you know, Martin Hall is from England and he is an instructor at Ibis Golf Club in Florida. He is an instructor for many men and women pros.

Anyways, search for Martin Hall on You Tube. All of his instructions are fabulous, but the one on leverage and power is fascinating.

There are endless videos on You Tube, many of which are linked in the threads here.

            Re: Timing & Leverage

I've seen many of the Golf Channel shows he was on, when they originally aired, and he struck me as amazing right from the beginning. He uses props to clearly illustrate what he is wanting to get across and has a wicked sense of humour.

He is still the instructor for Morgan Pressel, who he started to teach as a young girl. I don't believe she had great natural talent, but Hall has been instrumental in bringing her along. She is also a very determined and hard working girl, which helps. He has another very young girl, who will one day be one of the best. I don't recall her name, but when she comes on the scene, she will be associated with Hall.

Search for whatever other videos of his you can find. They are all excellent.

                Hi Brian,

I have watched and recorded all the instructional shows on the Golf Channel when they originally aired, going back years ago. Many of them have been discarded, over the several moves I made. I used to revisit the significant ones, when I still had them. I always thought that Martin Hall, in particular, had a knack for striking at the core, and presented it with passion and humour, unlike some other instructors.

The one you posted I am familiar with.

Just for heck, I just searched the Golf Channel archives for shows he would have been featured in and found some treasures. The link to the list follows. I hope everyone enjoys them. The one with Pressel, working on the driver swing path, I recall had my interest. I have not seen some of these in years, so will also look at them again.

                  Hi Ted,

Thanks so much, I like your posts also.

I have managed to find my favourite Martin Hall video, it is so simple in it's message but explains so much.
