    This is a great picture and a great illustration of a one plane release. As a one planer myself I found that this piston action with the trailing arm has increased my distance. It is almost like a baseball swing while being bent over. Using this release while turning around a bent over spine angle is really has really been agood thing for me. Your explanation make me feel I am on the right track.

      To MR O ,,,fi you want to gain some of the power you lost due to your age , in addition to the weighted club , do execercises for your legs I am 56 and I noticed my legs are the first to quit working .I walk when I golf to keep them working , seems to help ,Squat are good, look at gary player , he up there and I bet he can still drive 250 . let me know if it helps dagoos
