If you want to get some good advice check out a web site called Swing Academy. You can upload your videos free by joining. It has tools you can use to analyze your swing. You can run the video in slow motion, mark the video with angles and lines of different colors, have others analyze your swing with the tools. I highly recommend it.
Very good quick changes mate. You've sorted out the clubhead being inside the hands halfway back and your posture looks good.
Pause your swings at the top and you're still quite a bit laid-off. Can result in flippy pulls/pull-cuts. The parctice swings in your iron video are where you want the club to be, but it's not what's going on in the real swing though.
It's more difficult on the real swing ! Now before play any shot i make 2 or 3 "practice swings" with the club in the good plane but in the real shot i can't do it for the moment.
Any tips to get the good plane on the shot ? If i focalise only on the plane i can't do a good downswing...
My balls are going where i want but the swing is flat and not really beautiful and consistent.
I have changed my shafts, my club maker told me my shafts were XSTIFF 130 grams... ! I have bought NS PRO 850GH stiff shafts, i wanted regular but he said i should play only stiff after check my swing speed between 100 and 110 MPH.

So you are worried about the look and not so much the results?
Furthermore, you need to find the best/most efficient swing for you. All this talk about flat vs steep being more or less this or that is pretty much junk IMO.
