      You know I worked at the range last night trying to keep a cupped left wrist and it does rather force you to suppinate. While my timing was not very good at first, I did start to get the hang of it. I'm going back tonight to work on it some more. A few shots were as solid as I'd ever hit them.

      The article mentioned to start turning your wrists when you reach the right knee but for me that's too early. It makes me too closed at impact and I'm hooking everything. I'm starting to think it's not a concious effort to turn your wrists but rather a reaction to my arms passing by. Is that right?
