Been mostly lurking for a while. Lots of wisdom in here. I'd love some commentary on my swing. My 8 year old likes to cut off a bit of my finish on these but hopefully you'll be able give me some pointers anyway.

To critique my own swing, I know that I have a bit of a chicken-wing. Not half as bad as it was 2 weeks ago, but the remnant is there. My wrist is bending the wrong way, not supinating (I think) as Ben Hogan would like. I know that and can see it but I can't come up w/ a swing thought to fix it.
Also, on the back view I can tell that I am still doing a little bit of an out to in swing. I know that's bad, but I can't come up with how to fix it.
Normally when I play, out of 4 shots I hit one exactly as I want it go--almost magically it seems. 2 of 4 are not horrible but often mildly embarrassing, though playable. 1 of 4 is a disaster like lost ball OB or it goes 6 feet or whatever. I've never broken 100 on my course but I've only been serious about my game for about 3-4 months. I joined the club and everything. I'm paying too much to stay this bad.
On the other hand, my primary playing partner in the evenings is my 8 year old. He loves it and thought it pains me to admit it his swing looks in many ways better than mine, especially that release.
See what I mean?
Golfing has, at this point in my life, become not so much my hobby but a family activity as I have 4 more kids after him who I hope to join me. My 6 year old just got second in a tourney for other club 6 year olds so he's well on his way.
Thanks for any help.
