yeah it's true, finding a pro is difficult, so why not turn it around, let the pro find you!

To improve my swing I am looking for an online-pro
(online, because I live in Albania, no where near a golf course !)

You have a nice golf swing. Initially I can see a couple of things that you may wish to consider:

In your practice swing you stay down through impact, when striking a ball you tend to lift up out of the shot, it seems like you are wanting to see where the ball has gone before you have struck it, this makes you hit it a little thin. Try keeping your eyes on the ball position longer.

You are lifting your left foot up onto the toes in your back swing, if you must raise your left foot try to roll it onto the inside so that your heel just lifts a little, then plant it back as the very first downswing move.
