Follow through

Hey guys I am having trouble in my follow swing that is making my ball striking be inconsistent. My follow through is above my left shoulder and the club head gets high. I am a right handed golfer. My backswing is directly on my shoulder plane so it is not an upright swing. Any advice would be greatl appreciated. Thanks

Make sure your elbows do not splay in the follow through, keep them close together and keep the shoulders passive:
