i used to love this site,but now it seems all anybody wants to do is put other people down. to bad.no wonder it seems like only the same few people answering post,because thats all thats left here.to bad !

i know its not everyone,but i have noticed a lot more friction lately. i do hope it settles down now because i know theres alot of people out there (me included) that are in need of quality help. i dont mind people who disagree, just dont get so upset and start bashing everyone. unfortantly it seems people are afraid to reply to post anymore. get some thicker skin! lets help some people play better golf!!!!

It's relatively mild compared to other times and compared to other forums. It's when people insist on telling other people what they should or shouldn't post, ie, "Don't post such technical stuff. Don't post things that are too complicated for a beginner. Stop confusing people. Don't post about that unless your a scratch player. Don't talk about that unless you're on Tour, etc.

Some people insist on making things personal when they are not personal. Like I tell my wife, "If I say something that you can take two ways, and one way is going to hurt your feelings, then I definitely meant it the OTHER way."
