Six degrees. Bend at the top of the hips. The alternate method (rather than video and editing) is to address your ball, then tilt until the ball is under your shirt pocket.

Tilting to the right should only be done with a driver to promote hitting the ball on a slight upswing.
for all other clubs and standard shots you should no be decieved by the left shoulder being lower than the right this is only due to the left hand being the lower hand on the grip, when the shoulder are lined up to the target correctly this gives the illusion of a tilt to the right.
