Years ago I was introduced to the Swing Factory and Leslie King method. I loved the simple method it preached, in particular the four stages of the swing and how you must not roll the wrists. There were things in the Swing Factory book that I just didn't get, namely how the club opens and closes without using the wrists. It seems to an average Joe like me in complete contrast to something like 3 skills or hit down dammit. A method I have tried and had some success with.
The guys responsible for the Swing Factory have now got a follow up out called The Golf Delusion, which IMO is a bit more easier to understand but still preaches the same philosophy of how 9 out of 10 golfers make the same mistake in rolling the wrists.
Has anyone read it or the swing factory for that matter and what are folk's thoughts on what Gould and Wilkinson have to say?
