I, like many I would assume, hit straighter and more consistently when I choke down on my clubs (even my driver). My question is how much of the top of the grip should be showing with proper grip position. More specifically, I am not interested in grip style, but grip position. Thank you.

Where to Grip on the club

Hi Sabapathy,

Some grips (golf pride) have a little ring around the top of the grip, which is a good indicator of where to grip below. As long as all of the butt pad of your left hand (right hand for left handers!!!)is on the grip then that is fine.
