  • CSwing versus V1 Home ?

I have seen both demos in action. Impressive, but can someone shed light on the full versions and tell me which one to get. Also I have a HP Photosmart 4.1 mp Digital camera that takes good quality video, with plenty of memorys sticks. Is this good enought o use on either software. Thanks

Well, I use both when I teach but having started off using V1 I realised how much more complex (in a good way) CSwing is. CSwing has more facilities than V1.

For example with Cswing you can attach notes, select the swing, rate the swing, etc. for each clip that you can't do with V1.

If it was me buying: CSwing for sure.

Keith, I'm in the same boat as you, and I would buy CSwing over V1 home.

I've tried both demos, and V1 is seriously limited compared to CSwing.

If you only want to check angles, and compare your swing to a pro swing, V1 home is fine.

If you want to do the above, plus calculate swing speed, ball speed, and launch angle, then CSwing is the program for me. I mean, you.

The cost of CSwing is less 2 or 3 lessons, it is a worth while investment. The more you use it, the more you want to use it.

You won't be wasting money, I promise.

To get the best from both softwares you need a camera that can record a minimum of a 1000 frames per second or the position of the clubhead throughout the swing will be blurred.....Hope this helps....T.P.Grealey

v1 doesnt seem to be able to do MPG files which most of the High Def cameras of today are outputting to. CSWING does however. For price though I think that motion view is the best. Ive not bought it yet put am thinking about it.
