After playing golf for many years, i have finally had somebody measure me up for a set of custom clubs, im 6Ft 1inch in my stocking feet, and it makes sense to me that i shouldnt be using the same length clubs as a 5ft 6inch guy, and i believe that if you check the lie angles on your clubs 9 out of 10 persons would be wrong. Ive just had Rifle precision steel shafts fitted that are 1 1/4 inch longer than standard. The difference is stunning with quality of strike, ability to take divots and create backspin on shorter irons, i reccommend to anybody if your struggling get your clubs checked out measured and if need adapted i wish id done it years ago.
