    Re: Question on grip

Your thumb/forefinger on each hand should form a V shape that both point up your right arm. Your grip shouldnt be too firm, if you grip too hard you cant release the club properly so dont worry about it unless you are losing grip on the club through the swing.

      Re: Question on grip

The grip is a personal thing. There is the interlock, overlapping and 10 finger grip. Being that there can be different grips, I belive that you can have your fingers in a position that will be more comfortable for you. As long as you are getting the clubface squared at impact, you should be okay.

I noticed watching the Dubai classic that Monty's thumb points directly down the club if that helps?

Na, Ricky, don't worry about it. With your small hands, that gap between the hands will not make any difference at all.

Just make sure you can see at least 2-3 knuckles of your left hand and at least 2-3 fingernails of your right hand. But your small hands it might be difficult because you use std mens grips which are a lot thicker than you should be using.
