You're too far on the inside and a sort-of Sergio Garcia move getting stuck behind you with your right elbow. Your hands make up for it at impact so you still hit at the target ...

check out my thread on "for those who struggle with an inside swing path". I have had the same problem as you and the concept/drill I explained in the post has really helped me.
