I would class myself as a decent golfer, playing off a handicap of 2.9 but recently have found myself Coming 'over the top' with my divots pointing left of my target. I just wondered if someone had a quick fix, tip or a drill i could try? so i can eliminate them. Thanks Chris

Re: Over The Top!
check out these two links for some help:
http://members.shaw.ca/gord962/drills/top_position.htm
http://members.shaw.ca/gord962/drills/downswing.htm
They are geared more towards beginners, but if you are a 2.9 you willl know what to pull out as useful information.

Re: Over The Top!
Like the first lesson I've always advocated a friend gripping the club head at the top of the backswing whilst the player turns his body to, and left of, the target.
Also, swinging a weighted club or a weighted training aid helps to get your lower half working correctly - it takes effoert to swing a weighted club and the only way you can do it and retain energy is to turn the body and let the club follow.
