Played twice this weekend and really struggled with my tempo such that I could feel myself trying to smash the ball from the top of the swing, meaning I was trying to leather the ball and hitting from the top
The more I tried to stop doing it, the more agitated I got and the worse the whole darn thing got
Are there any good drills to try and change this mid round? My soft hip bump that usually is my slow transition became a violent lurch and the whole thing felt so aggressive
