I went out of town for a week and a half, didn't touch a club, suffered a little arm injury (from working out it felt like i pulled one of the upper tricep tendons tho im not sure you can even do that.. but yeah i couldnt even lift my left arm up, but it doesnt hurt any now and hasn't.) played for the first time friday and wow.. im at a loss of words. I was playing very well before i took the brake, was hitting about 280 yard 3 woods, 8 iron around 160, made a hole in one, numerous chip ins, came back, now I hit nothing but blocks and my shots dont go anywhere. I went from hitting a pitching wedge from around 90ish yards to around 40. But I can chip and put though. I just cant hit anytype of iron shot or wood shot. I know it's gonna be hard for you guys to give any advice but I think at this point anything would help. I have a tournament coming up in 2 weeks and I was planning on playing good through it.

Re: I don't know what happened.
I find it hard to believe that you hit an 8 iron 160 and a pitching wedge just 90. I hit my 8 about that and my wedge is about 130.
