I'm hearing contradicting instruction on the takeaway and wondered if both were right for different swings or not.
According to Hardy in the planes book he says for the 1PS to start by moving the left arm across the chest and keeping the bicep area in contact with the chest all the way up. However, people are telling me to start the swing with the shoulders.
