I want to start working on keeping a constant spine angle through impact. I feel a small pinch in my back sticking out my but and this on video creates a nice straight back. My question though is should I feel this small pinch throughout the whole swing even my follow through.
My follow through feels a little restricted doing this but I think I used to stand up a lot so it just doesn't feel natural.
Should you feel this pinch for the whole swing?
