I`ve just been to the range with a 7 iron to try Greg`s RH drill (which seems to be exactly this article you posted) and went pretty much straight into full swings with it and was amazed at the results - really solid contact and much less deviation left and right.

I`ve always been wary of rolling the face shut through impact as it`s way too difficult to get it right all the time, but I think I`ve found my new swing to work on!

Just did a bit of work with this before I went out to play today, stuck a 7 iron to about 4 feet for a birdie on one hole. It definitely brought my ball flight down and made it more controlled. I'll definitely keep working on it.

Basically the way I think about this is, the goal is simply to have your hands in front of the ball when you hit it. In other words, you want to try and pull the clubface through impact, not push it. Makes sense. It's the same way I approach chipping and pitching, and it works well there, so why not on the full swing.

This is certainly a drill worth working with.
