  • Natural golf swing

The one and two plane swings, and various combinations there of, do not seem to work for me. Any thoughts on the "Natural Golf Swing"?

I don't think about swing planes. I think it is too much to worry about. Swing smooth like Freddy/Els/Faldo or Goosen - Tempo is taken care. Just swing at 60% to 70% of you max speed. Aim slightly inside the ball. Always finish your swing. Keep you balance. These have been my motto.

You need to know about both swing planes to understand which one you have. From there, you will know what advice works with your swing and what doesn't. You can not mix the two and have success.

As for natural golf, they went bankrupt a year or so ago. If no one on tour is using natural golf, how good can it really be??? People use the same argument for Mike Austin's theories as well.

The thing about Moe is that he started way, way young, and hit roughly a billion balls. Moe got to know Moe's swing very, very well, and knew what he had to do to use it. So natural golf could work very, very well, if you start way young, and just keep swinging until you get the results you like.

Welcome to the forum G-1, your posts are very interesting.

Could you make a list of golf muscles in order of importance for us to work on them? Smaller and bigger ones without having to go to a gym everyday.
            That'll be very usefull.

            Thank you, Golfone.

            Toni.
