    Where are you hearing it?

    Do you mean 6/1000?

    If so, it refers to shutter speed on a video camera, and picks up more detail in a golf swing.

      It appears that 6/100 is the position of the downswing as the hands reach the back leg.

        I think that's also referred to as "in the slot".

        Noticed this was taken from the site on Natural Golf by Moe Norman. So does it only apply to those who are practising this kind of swing?
