    I know I saw a drill here for improving flexibility or am I dreaming, but I can't find it now. Any help?

      Flexability drill

      Hey gents,

      If you want a good flexability drill. Go to your local Hardware Store of choice and get a peice of steel conduit. PVC bends to much! Put the conduit behind your back and wrap your arms around it. Take an address position. Think of a clock with your left hip at 9:00 and right hip at 3:00. Turn your right hip from 4:00 to 10:00. Keep your head centered over the ball.
      You will feel the correct hip turn, your belly will turn 6" - 8" back and 12" - 16" forward. You will feel the shoulders turn from a low position to a high postion and back. Do this everyday for at least 10 minutes. Don't jerk just turn slowly and in balance. In 2 weeks you will have a better turn and better balance.
