    heres me swinging a 3 iron, sorry i couldnt get a video of me hitting a ball but this will have to work for now

    I didn't look at it frame by frame, but my initial impressions are:

    1) hands are a little close to the body causing an upright swing. Try setting up at address with your backside (butt) a little further back and a little more knee flex.

    2) Instead of swinging back you are turning your entire body, at the half way back position your hips are turned just as far has your shoulders. No coil, and this puts your hands in the control of swing, causing your left arm to brake down (elbow bending alot) which caused the club to go past horz.

    3) Bit hard to tell on this view, but looked a little like you flip your hands through impact. Also caused by the hands controling the swing. Of course, you have no choice, but to flip, since your top of swing poition is way past where it should be and you have no coil or energy stored up to release into the downswing with a pulling action of the left side. Another way to look at it, is the clubs was no longer in front of your body, but got slung over behind you, and flipped back around to impact. Not a very effect or powerful move.

      i was crunched up because the little swing space i had

      , the no coil part sounds interesting, what if i toe in my right foot a little, wouldnt that stop some of the hip rotation?

      yeah you are right about me flipping through impact, my timing is pretty decent, yeah i need to work on that, i have been thinking about getting a dynamic swing glove, that would help it

      i also do pull alot of shots off the the left or slice them if i have an open face

      and i dont keep the club in front of me, its supposed the be there the whole time?

        Point your toe in well restrict everything, shoulders included. The thing to do work on keeping your weight on the inside of your right foot (instep), don't get flat footed. You can also flare out the left toe a little, this also helps restrict the hips.

        For flip, think about coming into the ball with handle end of the shaft closer to the target then the club head, forward lean on the shaft. This thought will kind of unprogram you to flip.

        Greg posted a good idea for extension on another thread, that might help with your arm, he said to take your right hand and feel as if you are pulling your left arm from it's socket, seems like it might work here, keep your left arm a little straighter and not colapse. I don't think you want to over do this to the point that you stop your wrist cock, which I think might easily happen.

        Let us know about your progress. I will say you are much braver then I, you take a divot out of that hard wood floor, and your wife or mother may show you a proper swing when they beat your ass...lol..just pray they don't use one of your clubs to do it.
