I have a question like Broadus, but a little different.........Can the lie angle effect where on the club face the ball makes contact? I changed my lie angle last year to -1 degree......and now my shots are way right and off the toe end of the club.....I think it totally changed my swing and now I'm stuck in the high 90's with my long and short game out of touch........it's terrible.......Does the lie angle also effect the weight of the club somehow at the bottom? Like move it from the middle to toe or heel?...probably not but just need to know. Thanks......

A new highlight: Golfing the home course on Christmas Day.
I say it too often: If it's golf club shaped, you can play with it.
For the record, I'm a club doctor, not a swing doctor.

As for effecting weight, bending the club has no effect.
