Hey guys, practicing in the yard last night, using plastic golf balls, would like to get your opinion. @ address, I have found that if I keep my two arms more straighter, almost like making both elbows come together & using Greg's setup, like in his picture, that I make perfect diviot, ( with irons ). It feels like I almost have no bend whatsoever in my arms. Feels weird but what a difference!!!!!!

Re: Arms @ Address
Your arms should hang straight down from your shoulders, relaxed, providing of course you have the proper amount of spine tilt, knee flex. Straight but not stiff is fine. I know in Hogans book, he has pictures of bringing his elbows close together. To me, this seems to create unnecessary tension, but who am I to argue.

Re: Arms @ Address
need to have left arm and club shaft in somewhat close to a straight line, but the right elbow NEEDS to have some bend in it. Hogan said keep the elbows close in the swing but he also said to have the right elbow bent at address
if there is too much angle between the left arm and club shaft at address you WILL NOT be able to swing good unless you tee the ball up on the toe
