  • lifting right foot

    I have a bad habit of lifting my right foot off the ground near impact instead of letting the rotaion of my body lift th right foot onto the toe. is that a power leak? or somthing i shoudl just keep doing. i notices alot of pros have there heel a inch or two off the ground at impact but i am closer to 3inches off to on the toe completly, is that bad?

    As long as you are staying behind the ball at impact, your ok.
