The most obvious thing I see is that your backswing is extremely flat. Don't let the club get caught behind you, as it's a really tough position to get down from. At the top, if you were to let your hands loose, the club should fall roughly around the tip of your right shoulder. Yours would fall behind you.
Also, your clubface is closed at the top (facing the sky)...but I think you should work on getting into a better "at the top" position via a better backswing first and foremost.
Thanks guys. I'll work on that. it is the beginning of my second year and i know that i need a lot of work. but i will stick with it as this is one addictive sport....
