you probably had a reverse pivot previous to this and this is now forcing you to get weight over to your right on backswing by preset of weight. note this K position is typical set up for driver and woods.

Its ok to tilt back for driver and maybe 3 wood a little less because you want to catch it on the upswing but for irons you want a descending blow and thats hard to get by being too far behind the ball. Your body must have been speeding up alot to have such good irons with a set back swing.

        Lance,

It might sound funny, but, that motion you talking about here - would you liken it to starting a chainsaw?

Now don't laugh. I'm being serious. An action of pulling the cord with the right hand and the right cheek of the bum clearing over to the right heel?

          Vp....
I Would Describe It As Just Moving To My Right, Almost Like Looking At The Ball From Behind The Ball Alittle.....with My Irons, If I Have A Good Lie, I Still Use Alittle Forward Press, play The Ball Back Alittle, then Tilt To My Right, Bad Lie I Play The Ball Alittle More Forward, still Use The Forward Press And Just Tilt To My Right
