I'm thinking if you do it properly and after hitting 100-200 balls, you should at least feel some strain, as in like muscle workout, on certain parts of your body? For me I don't feel any stretch/strain or muscle workout at all, only part of my body which feels anything are the fingers actually :P I guessing I must not be swinging properly..

If I am working a particular group of muscles properly as I should if I hit 100-200 full shots, I should at least feel something there after that. So I am wondering if I am not feeling anything at all, could I then be adjusting my swing all this while for comfort instead of power/correctness?
