I can not seem to stop coming over the top. People who see my golf swing say that I always stop at the top of my golf swing and then redirect my swing to come over the top. No matter what I try to do I keep doing this, I think I try to start my down swing with my shoulders.

Re: Can't stop coming over the top!
read this advice, it is long but worth it http://www.newgolfswing.com/newgolfswing07.php
the tsquare tilt should help you come from the inside.
also think about keeping your right arm bent at about 90 deg untill your hands are about at waist high.
the early wrist set might help too as explained here

or gregs RHD or impact drill might also help as explained here

A good way to learn how to feel this is with the baseball drill. Standing up straight, swing the club in front of you as you would a baseball trying to feel on the way back like your body and hands are in synch. Then swing back through. As an upper body led player you will be doing this with the arms/shoulders.
Now when you swing through with this baseball drill feel as if you bump your left hip to the target slightly and then swing those shoulders through. Dont overdo the 'pause', make it a fluid, quick and smooth motion but feel its the lower body that moves first, say to yourself "bump and swing, bump and swing". Then when you feel comfortable doing this with a baseball swing, try it with your normal golf setup. You may need to experiment with different swing tempos until iy feels natural and you may find it hard to make decent contact at first but stick at it
What this bump does is shallow the club or drop it into the slot. Amlost instantaneously you then need to swing and turn aggressively through the ball
