I see a huge hip slide/lunge towards the target. You're driving that back leg, rather than having it pulled up by your rotating hips. In golf terms, your lower body is outracing your upper body. Now, that said, you seem to do a great job of keeping your arms attached, and turning through rather than hitting with your hands.
Now, puttinone brings up a good point - is it causing you problems (accuracy? distance?) or are you just upset because your swing isn't picture perfect?
If it's the latter, watch some video of Jim Furyk, and feel better. If it's the former, work on turning your hips, and getting that feel. The right leg will come up automatically.
But the one thing I would most certainly do (young one planer) is lose that hip slide in a hurry.

I haven't delved into the cons of fast hips, but I'm pretty sure that they can lead to blocks - don't take my word for it, though.
The sliding, however, can certainly lead to pushes, as you've now taken the bottom of your swing arc, and moved it forward. This necessarily causes manipulations of the arms and hands to get the club to come 'down the line', otherwise shots go right (as you're now coming from the inside).
Try this. Stand beside the table (leading hip beside the table). Get as close as you can without touching the table. Now turn to target, and don't touch the table. The visual here is turning around your leg. Two things will happen. First, you'll feel the proper movement of the hips. Second, your right leg will come off the ground automatically, as your weight shifts automatically. When I do this (with my limited flexibility), I can feel the coil through my knee. Again, this is a drill to get you to stop your slide.
Since losing my slide, and using this turn to power my swing, I've had endless comments about how nice my swing looks.
If you want another 'proof' to how powerful this move is, try this:
Have a friend hold the clubhead. Grab the other end of the club (however you want), and try to move your friend by pulling the club with your arms. Next, try to move your friend by pulling the club with your arms, and sliding your hips away from him/her. No luck? Now try this: turn over your leg. Don't pull with your arms, just turn away. Pretty amazing, huh?
