please help.while playing golf i tended to tilt rather than turn.a pro asked me if i played cricket.now i have worked hard on rotating but and i am hitting the ball a lot more solid.the question is that while i do a swing with the smaller clubs my left shoulder blocks the view of the ball while at the top of the swing.is this normal and am i heading in the right direction or is it back to the drawing board.

If your left arm is blocking your view of the ball, then it is your setup. You are probably too upright with your spine angle.
Get those knees flexed, the back line from the butt to the neck tilted so the arms hang vertical. Feel a little more weight in the balls of the feet then the heals.
Rotate your shoulders for the first part to get the club parallel to the ground. You let the wight start to be supported on the back leg that stays flexed.
Once you get this far, 80% of your problems are solved.
